Doctors — Pauline Bolter

I qualified in 1985 from the Royal Free Hospital. I worked from 1992 to 1996 as the medical officer in a refugee camp in Eastern Sudan where we teated lots of people with malaria, typhoid and tuberculosis. It was an exciting time to be there as in 1996 many of the refugees were able to return to their home country of Eritrea following its succesful 30 year struggle for independence.

I began working at Minster Health in 1997. My special interests are women’s health and travel medicine. My husband works as an interpreter and we have 3 children of primary school age who keep us busy when we are not at work. In any spare time I might have I enjoy reading and am an ardent follower of Stoke City football club.
